XpressBot (‘website’, ‘Web Site’, ‘site’ ’mobile app’, ’app’, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is committed to protecting your rights to the cancellation of services at any given point of time. Users are advised to exercise due caution and care before making payment for any subscription, products or services as the fees for such subscription, services and products is non-refundable and the Company shall not process any requests for any refunds except as mentioned in this Refund Policy:

We would never like to cancel your order. However, we reserve the right to cancel your order at any given point in time. This policy is applicable to resellers as well as personal accounts.

Cancellation by buyer

You are entitled to a refund if a product doesn’t function as intended and cannot be easily remedied. This includes situations where the product has a defect that, had you been aware of it at the time of purchase, would have deterred you from buying it. The cancellation and refund process may be initiated within 3 days from the day of purchase. The refund will be issued using the original payment method for any returns.

However, the following circumstances will prevent the cancellation and refund from being handled:

  • The buyer expresses their desire to return the purchased product.
  • The application fails to meet the buyer’s expectations.
  • The buyer is dissatisfied with the current availability of features in the service.
  • The buyer has a change of mind after the purchase.
  • The buyer accidentally made the purchase and wishes to cancel it.
  • The buyer lacks the necessary expertise to effectively use the application.
  • The buyers Meta manager got blocked or rejected.
  • The buyer requests a refund based on goodwill.
  • Issues arise from the API provider (Meta), causing problems.
  • No refund will be provided after 3 days from the purchase of a service
  • Features within your current subscription (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or lifetime deals) may be changed or removed at any time without notice, and no refund will be provided for these changes

Cancellation/Suspension by XpressBot

We reserve the right to issue a forced refund for a buyer’s purchase without a request from the buyer. In such cases, access to the app and support services will be immediately revoked by invalidating the purchase code.

In the following situations, we may suspend your order, and no refund will be processed:

  • Any discrepancies found in our terms may result in appropriate action.
  • Misuse of our system will be dealt with accordingly.
  • Usage of the account for pornographic, abusive, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.
  • Spamming our system with messages that violate WhatsApp Policy is strictly prohibited.
  • Failure to provide necessary details for account setup may lead to consequences.
  • Activating a license on an unverified Meta business manager or an account with a message limit below 1000 is not permitted.

You shall be informed about cancelled orders via an SMS or an Email.

On-Boarding Charges

Once the account setup or onboarding process has started, we regret to inform you that refunds cannot be provided. This decision is based on the substantial effort invested in the setup, which includes on-call support and the customization of the XressBot platform according to your specific needs. Our team dedicates considerable resources and time to ensure a personalized setup that aligns with your requirements. As a result, refund requests cannot be accommodated once the account setup has been initiated.

Additionally, it’s essential to note that if the business manager is not verified, refunds may also be unavailable. It is the responsibility of the user to provide any necessary documentation required by meta-platforms to facilitate the verification process. Failure to verify the business manager may impact the refund eligibility.

Lifetime Deal Customers

We often get asked, “What does a lifetime deal mean? Will I still have access to the product when I’m 95?” That’s a great question!

Here’s what a “lifetime deal” actually means: Once you purchase and redeem a lifetime deal, you gain access to the tool for the lifetime of the product, as long as it remains available. To ensure equitable access and performance for all users, our Lifetime Deal includes a fair use policy. This policy is designed to prevent the exploitation of unlimited resources and excessive API usage that could negatively impact the overall service. Users are encouraged to utilize the service within reasonable limits. We reserve the right to monitor usage and implement adjustments to your plan if it is determined that your API calls significantly exceed typical usage patterns, leading to increased operational costs. Users exceeding the fair use threshold will be notified and offered alternative plans to meet their usage needs.

Lifetime deals offer excellent value for customers confident they’ll use the product over the long term. Due to the extended access provided, we typically don’t offer refunds on these purchases. However, to ensure your investment is not wasted and you don’t feel cheated, we provide a minimum service guarantee of 1 year.

If we are unable to deliver the service within this period, you will receive a refund based on the price difference of the remaining balance of the yearly plan. However, if you have completed the full 1-year term and we cease operations afterward, no refunds will be issued.
