In light of our recent and upcoming enhancements, we are considering a necessary adjustment to our pricing structure.
Why We Need to Increase the Pricing
- Enhanced E-commerce Catalog: We have significantly upgraded our e-commerce catalog, providing you with a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience. These improvements come with increased maintenance and development costs.
- Introduction of a Trigger API: Next month, we will be launching a new trigger API within our chatbot, which will make XpressBot a complete automation platform. This will eliminate the need for third-party integrations like Zapier or Pabbly, simplifying your workflow and saving you time and effort.
- Live Chat Improvements: Your suggestion to have an “Open / Resolved” option for live chats has been implemented. We have developed a system where chats automatically switch to “Open” when a customer sends a new message after being marked as “Resolved.” This greatly enhances our support tracking capabilities. Additionally, we have implemented a feature to block subscribers whose messages will not be seen in live chat, thereby reducing the message credit limit usage.
- Custom Field Enhancements: We have provided the option to add data for custom fields manually and display it in the Live Chat and Subscriber details page. This feature is now live and available for use.
- Countdown Timer in WhatsApp: We have developed a feature that displays a countdown timer or a clock animation within the WhatsApp chat window, indicating the remaining time until you, as an admin, can message the customer again. This helps manage expectations and improve communication efficiency.

Hi, As per my knowledge the platform is still not ready for 72 hours free entry point conversations that comes from Click to WhatsApp Meta Ads.
Is that issue resolved or not ?
We still only get 72 hours Window on our platform to chat.
