Creating a new template involves several steps for documentation purposes. Follow these steps to create a new template:

- Enter Template Name
- Provide a name for your template in the Template name field.
- Select Locale
- Choose the language of your template in the Locale section.
- Choose Template Category
- Select a category from:

Auth/OTP
- Select a category from:
- Set Header Type
- Choose the type of header you want:
Text
Image
Video
Documentation
- Choose the type of header you want:
- Write Message Body
- Enter the main content of your message in the Message Body section.
- 🔸 Note: Maximum limit is 1024 characters.
- Add Footer (Optional)
- If needed, enter additional text in the Footer Text field.
- Add Button (Optional)
- You can add one of the following:
Call To Action
– e.g., open a link or call a number.Quick Reply
– lets users respond quickly with a preset reply.

- Save the Template
- Once all fields are filled, click Save to finalize your template.

- Template Status:

- Once saved, your template appears in the Template section.
- The initial status will be
