How to create Variables ? #
Navigate to Bot Reply > Message Template > Template Variables
You have the option to utilize template variables from the `Template Variable` section. Additionally, if you need to create a new variable, you can do so by clicking the `Create` button within the `Template Variable` section.
How to Create Custom Fields? #
Navigate to Subscribers Manager > Manage Custom Fields
Add fields matching your requirenment (e.g., Order number, Tags) and select the appropriate reply type (e.g., URL).
Note: Select the reply type that matches your column data.
Click Save and refresh the page to confirm your new fields are availabl
To add more columns and custom fields, repeat the steps above.
