The Outbound Webhook Settings feature allows you to seamlessly integrate XpressBot with external systems and tools.
What is it? #
Outbound Webhooks let you send data automatically from XpressBot to any external Webhook URL. This is especially useful when you want to pass real-time information captured from users—like input flow responses or bot replies—into your CRM, Google Sheets, third-party APIs, or custom platforms.
How It Works #
Whenever a user:
- Replies to a bot message, or
- Submits data through a User Input Flow,
The collected information is instantly sent to the Webhook URL you’ve configured.
