- Delivery Delays: The delays you’re experiencing are due to WhatsApp’s processing time, not our API. The issue lies with how WhatsApp handles the delivery of media templates.
- API Success Response: Even though our API confirms a successful send request, WhatsAppโs internal delays are affecting the actual delivery of the media templates.

To address these issues, we’ve decided to implement an alternative method for handling media uploads:
- Direct Upload to WhatsApp: We are shifting to a new process where media files are first uploaded directly to WhatsApp.
- Using Media IDs: Once the media is uploaded, we will use the corresponding media ID for sending the templates. This change aims to enhance the speed and reliability of media delivery.

- Re-upload Media: To ensure seamless functionality, please re-upload any media files used in your bot flows and other areas within the XpressBot flow builder.
