How to Access the RCN Postback Manager
From your dashboard, navigate to Facebook Bot Manager to access and manage your RCN postbacks.
Select the bot account you want to use, then scroll down until you find the RCN Postback Manager option and click on the create button.
Set up your bot flow trigger by entering a title, optionally adding a label, and then clicking Save to finalize the configuration.
Create a new card and set its type to RCN. Enter a title, choose “New RCN” as the RCN Postback ID, add an image URL or upload an image, then click Save to complete the setup.
This will generate the RCN template card. Enter a name, optionally add a label, and click Save to finalize the template.
Next, create a new Text card, enter your desired message, and click Save to apply the changes.
Click Save in the top-right corner to finalize your changes.
